With IR35 changes due in just over 12 months, tax liability will become the responsibility of the “fee payer” – the recruitment agency, who must deduct tax and national insurance contributions and report using Real Time Information (RTI).
It is clear to see that IR35 changes will significantly impact recruitment agencies who supply workers operating through intermediaries, such as PSCs, by adding to their responsibilities and increasing liability. Therefore, we will be exhibiting at the Recruitment Agency Expo in order to help recruitment agencies prepare for IR35 changes and mitigate all risks and protect themselves and their contractors.
